Founder With A Vision Floating Walls was co-founded by Surendra Agarwal along with Praveen, Pankaj and Prabhat Tulsyan in the year 2005. Before launching this store, he has been into the furniture business since 1998. Surendra Agrawal began his journey in Chennai, by joining his family plywood business at a young age of 18 and pursued a degree in Business Administration in the year 1997. The Group also has four furniture stores by the name Balini in Bengaluru. According to him, the furnishing business is more of service-oriented business and not a readymade business unlike furniture. Here, every order is a project which requires a lot of coordination – right from fabric selection to measurement, customisation and finally installation. The founders have an in-depth knowledge and great passion for the home improvement space. They have a vision to turn Floating Walls Furnishing into a brand that is a onestop shop for all the interiors solutions. Floating Walls has successfully completed over a decade and has become a premier destination where people can visit and select all soft furnishings products under one roof. All Under One Roof According to Surendra Agrawal, Floating Walls is launching a new range of Furniture. This will give customers a better shopping experience and a much wider choice in the best of both furniture and furnishings. The first store of Floating Walls was opened in Jayanagar 5th Block. Soon the chain had nine stores ranging from 2,000 sqft to 3,500 sqft, including one in Jaipur. Sheer hard work, dedication, honesty and consistent pursuit of excellence have taken Floating Walls this far and hold much promise in the years ahead.
